Shipping and Delivery The items you purchase from the Michal Negrin website are packed with the utmost care. It is highly important to us that your order reaches its destination safely and in perfect condition. We ship orders via a private courier service.

Home Delivery Your order will be delivered by a courier directly to your home or workplace, according to the address provided during registration or at checkout. Our couriers will coordinate the delivery time with you in advance via a text message or a preliminary phone call.

We highly recommend providing a shipping address where you will be available during daytime hours. If you miss a call from the courier, they will attempt to coordinate the delivery with you the following day.

Please note: If you choose to pay via PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address in your PayPal account is accurate and up-to-date. Shipping details will be processed according to the information saved in your PayPal account.

Home Delivery Cost & Times

• Cost: 35 NIS

• Timeframe: Delivery usually takes between 1 to 2 business days. We guarantee delivery within a maximum of 10 business days.

Business days are Sunday through Thursday. They do not include weekends, national holidays, festivals, or holiday eves. The day the order is placed is not considered a business day.

Returns & Exchanges

Wrong size? Changed your mind for any reason? In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, Albar Mor (the company holding the Michal Negrin brand) allows the return of products purchased on the website within 14 days from the date of receiving the delivery or picking up the package. For items purchased on sale, returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the delivery or picking up the package.

You may return any product (excluding swimwear and underwear) purchased on the website, provided that:

• The item has not been used.

• The original tags and packaging are completely intact.

• The product has not been damaged or altered in any way.

• The product is returned in its original box.

Albar Mor reserves the sole discretion to determine the condition of returned products.

Refund & Credit Policy You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, along with a copy of the purchase invoice.

• Monetary Refunds: A full refund to the original payment method is only possible if the return is initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. This requires the original invoice/receipt, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging, per the Consumer Protection Law.

• Store Credit: If 48 hours have passed since you received the product, you will be issued store credit. This credit can be used for future purchases on the website or exclusively at the Arim Mall branch in Kfar Saba. Store credit will appear in your online account within up to 14 business days. The credit amount will equal the item's value at the time of purchase.

Monetary refunds will be processed within up to 3 business days from the day the returned item arrives back at our facility. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be credited.

Returning via Courier If you wish to return a product using our courier service, please email us at info@michalnegrin.co.il with your full order details and return request. We will reply within 48 hours to assist you.

• Returns within Israel: Using our courier service incurs an additional fee of 70 NIS, which can be deducted from your final refund/credit amount.

• Returns from Abroad: Using our courier service incurs an additional fee of 150 NIS, which can be deducted from your final refund/credit amount.

Important Notes:

• Single items purchased as part of a set cannot be returned individually; the entire set must be returned together.

• You may choose to return the package independently (not using our courier service). If you choose this option, the responsibility for the safe arrival and condition of the returned products lies entirely with the customer.

Order Cancellation by the Company

In any event where the company is unable to properly manage the website, supply the items, or fulfill any other obligation under these Terms of Use, the company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel an order. In such cases, a cancellation notice will be sent to the customer, and a full refund will be issued within 14 days. By using this site, the customer waives any claims, demands, or lawsuits regarding such cancellations.
