Jewelry Care Tips
Avoid contact with chemicals
Perfume, lotions, oils and cleaning products can damage the plating and dull the shine. Put your jewelry on last, once you're ready.
Take it off before showering, swimming or the beach
Water, salt and chlorine shorten the life of the plating and wear away its delicate vintage finish.
Protect it from knocks and scratches
Our stones are prong-set, like fine diamonds. Avoid hard knocks and direct rubbing, especially during exercise or physical activity.
Store each piece separately
Keep each piece in its own box or fabric pouch to prevent friction and wear on the plating.
Clean gently
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Don't use jewelry cleaners or abrasive cloths.
Protect the vintage finish
The color and texture of our vintage plating are created by hand. Avoid rubbing it hard or storing it somewhere humid.
Read your warranty card
Every package includes a warranty card with specific care instructions and details of what is and isn't covered. We recommend reading it so you use your jewelry correctly and get full protection for it.

- Luxurious plating: Our gold-tone watches are plated with genuine 24K gold, prized for its richness, durability and deep glow. Silver-tone watches have a high-quality plating for a polished, luxurious finish.
- Scratch-resistant glass: Sapphire crystal glass resists scratches and keeps your watch looking new.
- Japanese precision: An advanced Japanese quartz movement that is reliable, energy-efficient and built to last.
- Water resistance: Safe for hand washing and light splashes, but not for swimming, diving, showering or steam.
Keeping Your Watch Looking and Working Its Best
- Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth every two months.
- Avoid contact with chemicals and cleaning products.
- For a deeper clean, use only water, mild soap and a microfiber cloth.
- Clean the strap according to its material:
- Rubber or metal: rinse gently.
- Leather: wipe lightly with a damp cloth or wipe, and avoid soaking it.
- Check the water-resistance rating on the case back, and keep exposure to water, perfume, cosmetics and direct sunlight to a minimum.
- Store it somewhere cool and dry, ideally in its original box or a fabric pouch, away from magnets and heat.
- On watches with a magnetic clasp, make sure the magnet doesn't touch the watch case during storage.
Proper Maintenance for Perfect Performance
- Setting the time or date: gently pull out the crown, set it, then push it back in gently. Never pull the crown hard, as this can break the movement.
- Keep the crown closed: if the crown is left pulled out, the watch is no longer sealed, and water or dust can damage it. This is not covered by the warranty.
- Last on, first off: put your watch on after you've finished getting dressed, and take it off first.
- Low battery? If the second hand starts jumping two seconds at a time, the battery is running low. Have it replaced promptly by an authorized watchmaker.
- Repairs: only at an authorized service center.
