At Michal Negrin, we believe the finest jewelry and ethical standards go hand in hand. We create out of great love and lasting respect for our resources, our planet and our people. Sustainability and responsible business have been part of how we work since the very beginning.

Sustainable Materials and Production

We're working to reduce our carbon footprint, encourage efficient circular processes and keep taking steps forward, and we always prefer recycled raw materials.

Wherever possible, even when it costs us more, we use recycled stainless steel and recycled brass in our watches and jewelry.

Our pieces are plated with genuine gold and rhodium. Our coloring and printing processes use no substances that harm the health of factory workers or leave environmental damage behind.

Energy Efficiency

All our watches run on advanced, low-power Japanese movements. That means exceptionally long battery life and fewer battery replacements.

Responsible Production

We handle and dispose of waste safely. Packaging cartons and used batteries are collected and recycled in line with regulations.

Responsible Packaging

FSC®-certified paper: Our paper packaging carries the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) label. It means the paper comes from responsibly managed forests and recycled sources, and the packaging can be recycled again.

Fair and Safe Workplaces

We're committed to treating our workers and customers fairly. That's why all our production facilities operate under the SA8000® Social Accountability standard, which ensures:

• Fair labor: no child labor and no forced labor in our production.
• Health and safety: a safe and healthy workplace for every worker.
• Working hours and wages: working hours and pay in line with the law.
• Equality and inclusion: a workplace free of gender discrimination, which includes people from disadvantaged backgrounds and people with disabilities.

*This applies to all our goldsmith workshops in Bangkok, Thailand, and our watch assembly facilities in China and Hong Kong.
