When Will I Get My Package?

Shipping times depend on your location.

 The delivery comes with a courier to the house or workplace according to the address specified in the registration on the website or at the time of purchase. Delivery will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Our couriers coordinate the arrival time in advance in a message or in advance conversation with the customer. (We recommend at the ordering stage to indicate the shipping address where you are available during daylight hours.)

If you missed a call from the courier they will try to arrange the shipment with you the next day.

* Please note – If you purchased via PayPal, please make sure that the shipping address in your PayPal account is correct. The shipping details will be updated according to the details updated in your account.

How Can I Track My Package?

What are your business days?

Business days are Sundays to Thursdays and do not include weekends and holidays. The order day is not considered a business day.

Visa, Mastercard and Diners.

Tranzila, a very safe and secure payment system, processes the credit cards.

Orders & Returns

How do I Place an Order?

Add what you would like to purchase to the cart and click on the bag icon. Follow the cart instructions.

Alternatively, you may contact us and we can guide you through the process of ordering online or order directly from us by phone, email or chat.

Can I Return My Order?

Does the size not match? Did you regret it for any reason?

Alber Mor, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, allows you to return a product purchased on the site within 14 days, from the date of receipt of the shipment or self-collection of the package.

Any product (except swimwear and lingerie) purchased on the site can be returned as long as it is not used, the original label and packaging that came with the item are intact, the product was not damaged as a result of use, no repair was made on the product, and the product was returned in the original box. Alber Mor has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned products.

No right of exchange for:  Products purchased from display / surplus / outlet.

In the event of a return, you can receive a credit for the site for the next purchase up to 14 business days or a cash credit within 48 hours for the means of payment with which the transaction was paid. The item(s) must be returned with a copy of the purchase invoice number.

Return by courier: If you would like to return the product through our shipping company, write us an email to [email protected] with the full order details and details of your request and we will make sure to reply by return email within 48 hours.

Israel – Returns through the shipping company will be made while charging an additional payment of 30 NIS.

Abroad – The return within 14 days of receipt of shipment. If the case is not justified, refund will not include shipping. And receiving the items back at the customer’s responsibility or asking the customer service for details to return the items at the same cost as the shipment was when it arrived. Returns through the shipping company will be made while charging an additional payment of 150 NIS.

* It is not possible to return a single item purchased as part of a set, but only the entire set for all its items.

Do You Have Any Physical Stores?

At the moment we do not have physical stores yet, we do plan on opening up stores in the future.

But please do sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media where you will get information on where our pop-up stores will be.

Can My Order Get Cancelled?

Cancellation of the order by the company, in any case where the company is unable to manage the site as amended, provide the items, or meet any other obligation under these terms of use, the company may, at its sole discretion, cancel the order, and in such case, a notice of cancellation and consideration will be sent. Payment will be returned to the customer within 14 days. And the customer hereby waives any claim and/or demand and/or claim in his case.
