Shipping

DHL carries out deliveries abroad. Rom Shipping carries out deliveries in Israel.

The date of receipt of the order depends on the country to which it was sent. The package will arrive with a courier to your home or workplace according to the address specified on the site when ordering. Home delivery – The shipment arrives with a courier to your home or workplace according to the address specified when registering on the site or at the time of purchase. The shipment will arrive within 2 to 7 business days (business days are weekdays, Sunday-Thursday and do not include weekends, holidays and holidays and holiday eves). Our couriers coordinate the arrival date in advance in a message or in a preliminary conversation with the customer. We recommend that you specify the delivery address at which you are available during the day when ordering. If you miss a call from the courier, he will try to coordinate the delivery with you the next day. *Please note – if you purchased products via PayPal, please note that the address specified in your PayPal account is up-to-date. Our business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays. The day of the order is not considered a business day.

Payments

Payment can be made with all credit cards, PayPal and BitPay. Credit card payment is made by the Cardcom system, a safe and secure payment system.

Orders & Returns

Add what you want to purchase to your cart and click the bag icon. Follow the cart instructions. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can guide you through the online ordering process or order directly from us by phone, email or chat.

The size does not match? Did you regret buying the product for any reason? Alber Mor Company, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, allows the return of products purchased on the site within two weeks from the date of receipt of the order or from the date of self-collection of the shipment. Any product (except swimwear and underwear) purchased on the site can be returned, as long as it has not been used, the original label and packaging are attached to it, and if the product has not been damaged as a result of use, no repairs have been made to it, and it was returned in its original packaging. Alber Mor is given the exclusive right of discretion regarding the condition of the returned product. Products purchased at display sales/surplus/outlet cannot be returned. You can return items up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, along with a copy of the purchase invoice number. The returned product(s) will be charged along with a copy of the invoice number. Return by courier: If you wish to return a product through our shipping company, write us an email to info@michalnegrin.co.il. Write us the details of the request along with the full order details and we will ensure that you receive a response within 48 hours. Israel – Returns via the shipping company will be made for an additional fee of 30 shekels. Overseas – Returns via the shipping company will be made for an additional fee of 150 shekels. It is not possible to return a single item purchased as part of a jewelry set; the entire set can be returned, including all its items.

Cancellation of an order by the Company, in any case where the website is not working properly, the Company is unable to provide the products or meet any other obligation under these terms, the sole discretion is given to the Company regarding the decision to cancel the order. In such a case, a cancellation notice will be sent to the customer, and the money will be refunded to him within 14 days.
