The items you purchased from the "Michal Negrin" website are packed carefully and it is important to us to make sure that they arrive at their destination safe and sound.
We send the orders by a private delivery company

Delivery to the home - the delivery arrives with a courier to the home or workplace according to the address specified when registering on the website or when making the purchase.
Our couriers coordinate the arrival date in advance in a message or in a preliminary conversation with the customer.

We recommend that during the order phase you specify the delivery address where you are available during the day. If you missed a call from the courier, he will try to coordinate the delivery with you the next day.

*Please note - if you purchased via PayPal, please make sure that the shipping address in your PayPal account is correct. The shipping details will be updated according to the details that are updated in your account.

Delivery cost to the house - Each country has a different shipping cost. You can ask our customer service how much shipping costs to your country.
Arrival time usually between 5-10 business days.
*Business days are weekdays Sunday-Thursday and do not include weekends, holidays and holidays and holiday evenings

The "Albert Moore" company, which owns the "Michal Negrin" brand, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, allows you to return a product purchased on the site within 14 days, from the day of receipt of the shipment or self-collection of the package.

Any product (except swimwear and underwear) purchased on the website can be returned provided that it has not been used, the label and original packaging that came with the item are intact, the product has not been damaged as a result of use, the product has not been repaired in any way, and the product is returned in the original box.

The "Albert Moore" company has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned products.

There is no exchange option for a product bought from a display / surplus / sale

In case of return

Items can be returned up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order along with a copy of the purchase invoice number.

A refund will be given within 48 hours only from the date of receipt of the product, to the means of payment with which the transaction was paid.
This is accompanied by an invoice/receipt and, of course, on the condition that the product has not been used and returned in its original packaging in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
If 48 hours have passed since receiving the product, a credit will be given for making a purchase on the website or at the Azrieli Mall Ramla branch only. (The credit will appear on the website up to 14 business days).

The credit amount will be the value of the item at the time of purchase.

The refund will be made up to 3 business days from the day the item arrives back to us.
No credit or refund will be given for shipping fees.

Return by courier

If you want to return the product through our delivery company, write us an email at the address With the complete order details and details of your request and we will make sure to reply by return email within 48 hours.

Returns in Israel - through our shipping company will be charged an additional cost of NIS 30. The cost of the return can be deducted from the required credit amount

Returns from abroad - through our shipping company will be charged an additional cost of NIS 150. The cost of the return can be deducted from the required credit amount

* It is not possible to return a single item purchased as part of a set, but only the entire set with all its items.

*The shipment can be returned independently (and not by our courier company) if this method is chosen - the responsibility for the integrity of the returned products rests solely with the customer.

Cancellation of the order by the company

In any case in which the company is unable to manage the website as it was repaired, deliver the items, or meet any other obligation according to these terms of use, the company may, at its sole discretion, cancel the order, and in such case a cancellation notice will be sent and the proceeds will be returned to the customer within 14 days. And the customer hereby waives any claim and/or demand and/or claim in his case.
