Refund policy

Returns

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Michal Negrin.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Returns are processed through our international returns partner, Global-e.

A flat return fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Sale items are eligible for return under the same return policy, unless they are clearly marked as Final Sale.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
